July 25th KARATE SEMINAR – Now Juniors Only
Due to overwhelming response, the July 25th KARATE SEMINAR is now for JUNIORS ONLY (ages 13 – 17yrs).
The Adult Karate Seminar is being rescheduled for sometime in August. Details coming soon. OSU.

KIDS’ KARATE SEMINAR – AUG. 23
This year’s KIDS’ KARATE SEMINAR will be held on AUGUST 23 (SUN) at Tension-Kai. Please attend at either 8a – Noon or 1p – 5p. See you there! OSU!
Regularly scheduled classes will not be held that day for Jr. and Adult karate and tai chi.
JR. & ADULT KARATE SEMINAR – JULY 25
The annual JUNIORS & ADULTS KARATE SEMINAR will be held JULY 25th from 10a – 4p at Tenshin-Kai. This is a six hour seminar, so please bring a lunch. No regular classes on this day. See you there. OSU.
