WOMEN’S SELF DEFENSE
Tenshin-Kai Women’s Combative Program is a self-defense uniquely designed for a smaller, weaker person to be able to defeat or escape from a larger and stronger opponent. These self-defense techniques do not rely on strength or athletic ability. It is a simple learning process of awareness, calming and knowing when to react using these techniques.
LEARN the first thing to do, and what not to do, when being attacked.

LEARN the natural weapons you have.
LEARN how to minimize the likelihood that you will be attacked in the first place.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN AND DEVELOP:
- Learn awareness
- Learn the attacker’s mindset
- Learn what to do and what not to do when being attacked
- Learn the natural weapons you have
- Learn the most effective and practical ways of striking and kicking
- Learn the most effective and practical way to escape from being pinned to the ground by an attacker.
