We are located in Westchester, in the historic Westchester Triangle, one block east of Sepulveda, between Manchester Ave. and La Tijera Blvd.
Westchester is located between Playa del Rey, Playa Vista, Baldwin Hills and El Segundo, and is easily accessible from Marina Del Rey, Culver City, Inglewood and all areas surrounding LAX.
